Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all tickets purchased for Chalke Valley History Festival and to visitors to the festival site. By purchasing a ticket or entering the festival site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Tickets

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of festival cancellation. Tickets may not be resold or transferred without prior written permission from the festival organisers.

The festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the site for any reason, including breach of these terms.

On-site

The festival takes place on private land. Visitors must comply with all instructions from festival staff and stewards. Glass bottles and containers are not permitted on site.

Camping is available in designated areas only. All camping must be erected in accordance with site guidelines.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event of festival cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather, government guidance or force majeure events), the festival will not be liable for any losses beyond the face value of tickets purchased.
